Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
  • Oversee quality control and assurance activities across various projects in the energy sector, ensuring compliance at all stages.
  • Conduct rigorous internal and external audits to verify conformity with quality procedures, specifications, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with project teams to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate quality-related risks.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive quality performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred, demonstrating a strong technical foundation.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, with significant exposure to the oil & gas or energy industry.
  • Proven leadership and managerial skills, including experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a quality team.
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of international quality standards, such as ISO 9001.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to address complex quality challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
