Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand client base and project pipeline.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals for design projects.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into project briefs.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the interior design, architecture, or luxury sector.
- Strong understanding of the design process and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
