Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate design activities across various residential projects.
- Liaise with internal teams, architects, and external consultants to ensure design consistency.
- Manage design documentation and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among design stakeholders.
- Contribute to the innovation and improvement of home design processes.
- Ensure timely delivery of design phases and resolution of design issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a design coordination role within the residential construction sector (5+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant design software and project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
