Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the civil and structural design activities for substation projects.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant international standards, codes, and client specifications.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and technical reports.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the design team.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, project managers, and clients.
- Implement innovative and cost-effective design solutions to meet project objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil and structural design, specifically for substation projects.
- Proven leadership experience in managing design teams and project deliverables.
- Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, or equivalent.
- Thorough knowledge of international design codes, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
