Key Responsibilities
- Lead civil and structural design activities for high-voltage substation projects.
- Ensure compliance with international standards, codes, and client specifications.
- Manage and mentor a team of civil and structural engineers and designers.
- Review and approve design calculations, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and project stakeholders.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control for design deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in civil and structural design for substation projects.
- Strong knowledge of relevant international design codes and standards (e.g., ASCE, Eurocodes).
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multinational and fast-paced environment.
