Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
- Respond to end-user requests and resolve IT-related problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with network connectivity, printer issues, and basic server support.
- Document support activities, solutions, and create knowledge base articles.
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a desktop support or IT helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and client-server architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
