    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware and software issues.
    • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
    • Respond to end-user requests and resolve IT-related problems in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Assist with network connectivity, printer issues, and basic server support.
    • Document support activities, solutions, and create knowledge base articles.
    • Ensure adherence to IT security policies and procedures.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a desktop support or IT helpdesk role.
    • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and client-server architecture.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
