Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, operating systems, and business applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
- Assist with user account management, password resets, and access control.
- Manage IT asset inventory and contribute to the lifecycle management of equipment.
- Document support procedures, solutions, and create knowledge base articles.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Desktop Support, IT Support, or similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common office productivity suites.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software problems effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective user interaction.
- Basic understanding of network troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong commitment to customer service.
