Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational tasks using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and reliability in GCP environments.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of critical services.
- Implement and enforce best practices for cloud security and compliance on GCP.
- Manage and optimize GCP resources, including compute, storage, networking, and serverless functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Cloud Deployment Manager.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Cloud Build.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
