Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategies to drive sales and market share.
- Oversee the performance and optimization of e-commerce platforms and online customer journeys.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to attract and retain customers.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure seamless DTC operations.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for all direct-to-consumer initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven track record in direct-to-consumer e-commerce management, ideally within the FMCG sector.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, analytics tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage budgets, and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
