    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies tailored for the Japanese market.
    • Oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and experiential, ensuring brand consistency.
    • Manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to enhance Tiffany & Co.’s luxury presence.
    • Collaborate with global marketing teams to align local strategies with international objectives.
    • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
    • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve strategic brand goals.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in brand marketing within the luxury retail sector, preferably in Japan or Asia.
    • Strong understanding of the Japanese consumer market and cultural nuances.
    • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative and impactful marketing campaigns.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in English and Japanese languages.
