Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire Butler Services team, ensuring the highest standards of luxury service.
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine bespoke service protocols and operational procedures.
• Oversee the personalized guest experience, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate butler staff to maintain exceptional performance and professionalism.
• Collaborate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless guest journeys and operational efficiency.
• Manage resources and budgets for the Butler Services department.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality or integrated resorts, with a strong focus on butler services.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering personalized, high-end guest experiences.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Profound understanding of luxury service standards and operational excellence.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
