Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Government & Public Sector division.
- Manage key relationships with government officials and public sector clients.
- Drive business growth and revenue generation within the assigned sector.
- Oversee the delivery of FAB’s banking solutions to government entities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- Represent FAB at industry events and forums.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in banking, with a focus on Government & Public Sector relationships.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and client management.
- Strong understanding of the UAE’s economic and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
