    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide robust and intellectual leadership to achieve the highest levels of performance.
    • Lead and support managed schools to meet current and future challenges.
    • Foster effective relationships with central functions like HR, Finance, and IT.
    • Work alongside the Director of Education to deliver the company’s stated outcomes.
    • Ensure schools are aligned and articulate the identified strategic direction.
    • Support HQ departments and School Principals on efficient school operation processes.

    Requirements

    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s in education or education leadership preferred.
    • At least 15 years of experience in education.
    • A minimum of 5 years of school-based leadership experience at Principal or Head Teacher level.
    • Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral.
    • Strong ability to foster a working environment that promotes trust and fairness.
