Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
- Lead and support managed schools to build capacity and meet future challenges.
- Foster relationships with central functions such as HR, Finance, and IT to meet key objectives.
- Deliver the company’s stated outcomes against defined performance indicators.
- Ensure schools align with the education strategy, mission, and vision for managed schools.
- Support HQ departments and School Principals on efficient school operation processes.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s in education or education leadership preferred.
- At least 15 years of experience in education.
- A minimum of 5 years of school-based leadership experience at Principal or Head Teacher level.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Attention to detail and ability to execute in a timely manner.
- Strong ability to foster a working environment that promotes trust, equality, and fairness.
