Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations.
- Manage departmental budgets and control costs effectively.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of staff to achieve high performance standards.
- Maintain the luxurious standards and brand integrity of Palazzo Versace Dubai.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior operations management role within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and industry best practices.
- Ability to manage budgets, P&L, and control operational costs.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
