Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies for the firm and its portfolio companies.
- Ensure compliance with all international, US, and Indian tax laws and regulations.
- Manage tax planning, reporting, and audit processes.
- Provide expert tax advice and guidance to investment teams and portfolio companies.
- Oversee the preparation and filing of all tax returns.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the firm’s operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax, preferably within venture capital, private equity, or financial services.
- Proven expertise in international tax, US tax, and Indian tax regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
