Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all student counseling services and programs.

Requirements

• PhD or Doctorate in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in counseling, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in a higher education counseling setting is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, supervisory, and administrative capabilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of student development, mental health challenges, and crisis management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills to engage effectively with a diverse student body and staff.
