Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the distribution and logistics team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements
- Proven experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a team lead role.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex operational challenges.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and inventory management tools.
