Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and control all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Ensure proper indexing, filing, and retrieval of documents in electronic and hard copy formats.
  • Maintain document control procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and project standards.
  • Distribute documents to relevant team members and external parties in a timely manner.
  • Track and monitor document revisions, approvals, and distribution status.
  • Support project teams with document-related inquiries and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in document control or a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing or construction environment.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific documentation standards is a plus.
