Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a Doorman to join our Concierge team. You will be responsible for creating a delightful arrival and departure experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure, assist with luggage, and open doors.
- Oversee street traffic, maintain cleanliness at the entrance, and ensure proper alignment of equipment.
- Handle department keys, radios, and phones securely and maintain effective communication with the front office team.
- Adhere to hotel policies and safety standards, maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Promote a positive team environment and participate in staff meetings to support operational goals.
- Engage guests warmly, collect preferences, resolve complaints, and create memorable experiences.
Requirements
- Senior School qualification or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in a 5-star hotel and a minimum of 2 years in a Door or Bell role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic preferred.
- Proven ability to understand guest needs and deliver high-level customer service.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
