    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet guests upon arrival and departure, assist with luggage, and open doors.
    • Oversee street traffic, maintain cleanliness at the entrance, and ensure proper alignment of equipment.
    • Handle department keys, radios, and phones securely and maintain effective communication with the front office team.
    • Adhere to hotel policies and safety standards, maintaining a professional demeanor.
    • Promote a positive team environment and participate in staff meetings to support operational goals.
    • Engage guests warmly, collect preferences, resolve complaints, and create memorable experiences.

    Requirements

    • Senior School qualification or equivalent.
    • At least 3 years of experience in a 5-star hotel and a minimum of 2 years in a Door or Bell role.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic preferred.
    • Proven ability to understand guest needs and deliver high-level customer service.
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
