Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is looking for a Doorman to join our Concierge team. The Doorman is responsible for achieving guest satisfaction by creating a delightful arrival and departure experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure, assist with luggage, open car and hotel doors.
• Oversee street traffic outside the hotel and maintain cleanliness at the entrance.
• Handle department keys, radios, and phones securely.
• Adhere to hotel policies and safety standards.
• Promote a positive team environment and communicate effectively with other departments.
• Engage guests warmly, collect preferences, and resolve complaints appropriately.

Requirements

• Senior School qualification or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in a 5-star hotel.
• Minimum of 2 years in a Door or Bell role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic preferred.
• Proven ability to understand guest needs and deliver high-level customer service.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
