Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless guest service.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to The Ritz-Carlton’s legendary service standards across all departments.
- Lead and support the hotel team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met.
- Act as a main point of contact for guests and staff, especially during peak hours or emergencies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel operations or a similar management role within luxury hospitality.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Deep understanding of luxury guest service expectations and operational excellence.
