    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage training content and creation for field communication.
    • Deliver training materials for digital modules or classroom sessions.
    • Align with Global education to ensure regional alignment with Global strategy.
    • Design and collate surveys to provide summaries to key stakeholders.
    • Manage the education & events calendars.
    • Lead the planning of classroom training, retail and consumer-facing regional moments.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in a similar operational role.
    • Effective communicator, with excellent English written and verbal skills.
    • Exceptional organizational and prioritizing skills.
    • Personable and approachable, able to build rapport quickly.
    • Excel at an intermediate level.
