Responsibilities include technical oversight, stakeholder coordination, quality assurance, risk management, and mentoring of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the supervision of electrical systems on-site for infrastructure, industrial, and utility projects.
• Provide consultancy support during design review and constructability assessments.
• Manage the preparation and maintenance of technical and site management reports.
• Support the preparation of quality control, health, safety, and environmental reports.
• Review project schedules and monitor progress, coordinating with planning and project control teams.
• Act as the primary interface between the client team and contractors on electrical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in site-based construction supervision.
• Proven track record delivering electrical systems for infrastructure, industrial, utility, and service-related projects.
• Extensive knowledge of international and local codes, including IEC, NEC, SBC, SEC etc.
• Effective leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
