Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of electricians, ensuring efficient execution of electrical projects and maintenance tasks.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in accordance with safety standards and codes.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to plan and coordinate electrical work schedules.
• Provide technical expertise and training to team members, fostering skill development and adherence to best practices.
• Manage inventory of electrical materials and tools, ensuring adequate supplies for ongoing operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in electrical codes, safety regulations, and troubleshooting complex electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, capable of managing a diverse team.
• Physical ability to perform duties in various conditions, including lifting and working at heights.
• Relevant electrical certifications or licensure is required.
