Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems including CCTV, access control, and structured cabling.
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on ELV infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in ELV systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Adhere to all safety standards and project specifications during installation and repair.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure timely project completion.
- Document all work activities, including system diagrams, service reports, and inventory.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an ELV Technician, with strong knowledge of ELV systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficiency in the installation, termination, and testing of various cable types.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
