Key Responsibilities

Coordinate immediate emergency response activities in Mueda and surrounding areas. Support the implementation of humanitarian aid programs for displaced populations. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with local authorities and partners. Monitor the security situation and adapt response strategies accordingly. Contribute to rapid needs assessments and program planning. Manage resources efficiently to maximize impact in crisis situations.

Requirements

Proven ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced emergency environments. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in multicultural settings. Commitment to humanitarian principles and NRC’s values. Flexibility to travel and work in remote, challenging locations. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese or local languages is an advantage.
