Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor EHS policies and procedures in accordance with company standards and local regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees and contractors.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
- Maintain comprehensive EHS documentation, records, and statistics.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate EHS requirements into planning and operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS management, preferably within EPC projects or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, international standards (e.g., ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in EHS management systems and reporting tools.
