Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ongoing contract delivery in accordance with scope of works.
  • Ensure team adheres to all Health and Safety regulations and policies.
  • Maintain contract-specific documentation, including contract management and PPM schedules.
  • Ensure CAFM systems are updated and verify the quality of jobs done by the teams.
  • Evaluate risks on site and ensure training is provided to team members.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and achieve contract organic growth.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer management and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience in managing all technical and non-technical outsourced service contracts.
  • Ability to train team members in all aspects of technical and non-technical services.
  • Proven ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of KPI and Service Level Agreements.
  • Familiarity with CAFM systems and their regular updates.
