Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
- Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and performance assessments of HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, performing timely repairs and corrective actions.
- Ensure all HVAC operations and installations comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and GxP requirements.
- Optimize energy efficiency and operational performance of all HVAC systems within manufacturing facilities.
- Collaborate effectively with production, quality assurance, and other maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in HVAC system design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, preferably in a pharmaceutical or highly regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles, equipment, controls, and building management systems.
- Familiarity with GxP, ISO, and other relevant pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team.
