    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of all ELV systems within the hotel premises.
    • Ensure all ELV equipment, including CCTV, access control, and fire alarms, operates efficiently and meets safety standards.
    • Lead and mentor a team of ELV technicians, providing technical guidance and performance evaluations.
    • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on critical ELV infrastructure.
    • Coordinate with other engineering departments and hotel operations to minimize disruption during maintenance activities.
    • Maintain accurate records of all ELV system inspections, repairs, and upgrades, ensuring compliance with regulations.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an ELV Supervisor or similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
    • Strong technical knowledge of various ELV systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, and building management systems (BMS).
    • Technical Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
    • Familiarity with local safety regulations and international standards for ELV systems.
