Key Responsibilities
- Supervise entomological field operations and pest management activities.
- Conduct insect identification, monitoring, and data collection.
- Develop and implement pest control strategies in line with environmental regulations.
- Train and mentor junior entomology staff and field technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in all operations.
- Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations for pest management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Entomology, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of insect biology, ecology, and pest control methods.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and supervise field teams.
