In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring EHS programs across various hospitality properties to ensure a safe and compliant environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive EHS policies, procedures, and training programs in line with local and international regulations.
  • Conduct regular EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments across all properties to identify potential hazards.
  • Investigate all EHS-related incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure all properties comply with environmental permits, licenses, and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with management and staff to foster a strong safety culture and promote EHS awareness.
  • Monitor EHS performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics to senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Environmental Health Safety Specialist, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills for conducting risk assessments and incident investigations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for training and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
  • Relevant professional certifications in EHS (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable.
