Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and writing of high-quality medical and scientific documents related to epidemiology and real-world evidence.
  • Manage medical writing projects from concept to completion, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including statisticians, epidemiologists, and clinical researchers, to gather and interpret data.
  • Provide strategic input on document content and data presentation for various audiences.
  • Mentor and guide junior medical writers, ensuring professional growth and consistent quality standards.
  • Stay updated with industry guidelines, best practices, and scientific advancements in epidemiology and RWE.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in medical writing, with a strong focus on epidemiology and Real-World Evidence (RWE).
  • Proven leadership or management experience in a medical writing role.
  • Excellent understanding of clinical research, statistical methods, and regulatory requirements for medical communications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote and fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced degree in a scientific or health-related field (e.g., Epidemiology, Public Health, Pharmacy, Life Sciences).
