Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for natural stone projects.
• Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and proposals to determine material and labor needs.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams to develop competitive bids.
• Source and negotiate prices with suppliers for raw materials and services.
• Maintain detailed records of estimates and project costs for future reference.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities to ensure project profitability and success.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Estimator, preferably in the natural stone or construction industry.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, specifications, and project scope.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with estimating software and tools is a distinct advantage.
