Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for various building projects.
• Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather pricing.
• Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities in bids.
• Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and client requirements.
• Present estimates and participate in bid review meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the building/construction sector.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
