Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, including materials, labor, and subcontractor costs.
- Analyze project specifications, architectural drawings, and tender documents to ensure accurate estimations.
- Collaborate with design and project management teams to develop comprehensive proposals and bids.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
- Maintain an updated database of costs for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities related to project costs.
Requirements
- Proven experience (4+ years) as an Estimator, specifically in interior fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations in Dubai/UAE.
- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
