Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Founder & Managing Director’s complex calendar and appointments.
  • Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate efficient communication and information flow within the executive office.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and discreet demeanor.
