Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Cluster General Manager.

  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for executive review.
  • Organize and coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
