Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, appointments, and travel itineraries for C-Suite executives.
  • Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format confidential documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Act as a primary liaison, communicating effectively with internal staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Process expense reports and manage administrative tasks to ensure efficient executive operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in Arabic being an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • High degree of proactivity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
