Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 10+ years in executive design leadership roles, preferably within a large industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful design projects and strategic impact.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into design solutions.
- Proficiency in design software and project management tools.
