Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Leverage Finance Syndicate & Distribution team.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in leverage finance, syndication, or debt capital markets.
• Proven leadership and team management skills in a banking environment.
• Strong understanding of financial products, risk management, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international banking environment.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) highly desirable.
