Key Responsibilities
- Act as the CEO’s execution partner across the organization.
- Connect operations, compliance, trading, technology, HR, and leadership.
- Coordinate with UAE regulators when required (VARA, CBUAE).
- Drive cross-functional initiatives tied directly to growth and scale.
- Own internal cadence, priorities, and leadership execution.
- Help build the operating rhythm of a regulated financial institution.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years in management consulting or similar environments.
- Background in financial services, fintech, digital assets, or regulated industries.
- Strong executive presence, structured thinking, calm under pressure.
- Appetite for ambiguity, ownership, and being close to decision-making.
