Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all culinary operations for the Indian Brasserie, ensuring exceptional quality.
  • Develop innovative Indian menus and specials, incorporating authentic flavors and modern techniques.
  • Oversee kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Maintain stringent standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization.
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen budget effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other culinary leaders to achieve overall dining excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or a similar senior culinary role, preferably with a focus on Indian cuisine.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expert knowledge of Indian culinary traditions, ingredients, and modern cooking methods.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, luxury resort environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are a plus.
