Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to integrate best practices and innovative solutions in logistics and trade operations.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

• Proven experience in operations management, performance optimization, or a similar expert-level role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in relevant operational software, performance analysis tools, and methodologies.
