    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate daily facilities operations and maintenance activities at the HQ.
    • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for facility-related services.
    • Assist in planning and executing office moves, renovations, and space utilization projects.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Handle administrative tasks related to facility management, including record-keeping and reporting.
    • Provide support for office equipment, utilities, and general upkeep.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in facilities administration or a similar administrative role.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Knowledge of health and safety standards in a workplace environment.
