Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations, managing MEP, civil, soft services, security, and landscaping.
- Oversee preventive & corrective maintenance, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify defects, safety gaps, and maintenance needs.
- Manage vendors/contractors, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence and accurate documentation.
- Supervise security operations, including guard deployment, incident reporting, and access control.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in facility management, real estate, and property management.
- Experience with document control within FM/property management is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
