Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and courtesy
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
• Serve dishes and drinks with attention to detail and company standards
• Monitor guest needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas at all times
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols in compliance with company and local regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B service, preferably in restaurants or hotels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and excellent grooming standards
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
