Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical solutions and design proposals to consultants and contractors.
- Promote Hilti technologies, systems, and design methodologies.
- Support the sales team by identifying opportunities and converting specifications into sales.
- Conduct technical presentations, design workshops, and onsite support.
- Maintain close contact with project stakeholders.
- Provide field feedback and market insights to shape new products and digital engineering initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.
- Experience in direct customer-facing roles, technical consulting, or field engineering.
- Strong understanding of construction applications.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
- UAE driving license and willingness to travel between project sites.
