Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of JBT Marel equipment.
- Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and repair services to customers in Egypt.
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
- Conduct routine inspections and calibrations to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Train customer personnel on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate service records and generate comprehensive technical reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer, preferably in the food processing or industrial machinery sector.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Proficiency in diagnosing technical issues and performing hands-on repairs.
- Ability to travel frequently to Egypt and other regional customer sites.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently.
